Frank Serio was Eudora. He always had a smile for everyone, and I remember at our last class reunion Frank got up with his class from Eudora High School, introduced himself, and then said, “And still single.” Frank you will be missed by friends and family.

I am so thankful to be able to have called Frank my friend, my childhood neighbor and one of the dearest, most kind-hearted creatures that the Good Lord ever put on this earth. So, so many memories of playing Kick The Can and Save The Country during our early years and then even more as young adults heading to college. My thoughts and prayers are with Rosemary, Joe & Becky, Lana and the rest of his family. Rest in Peace, my friend. You will be greatly missed by so many!
I am deeply saddened by the passing of my dear friend Frank. We met in first grade in 1955 and have remained close friends ever since. In the Fall of 1967 we went off to college and were roommates our Freshman year. We had many exploits together, many of which cannot be revealed here. I loved the big guy and will miss him terribly. My sincerist condolences to his family.

My fondest memories of growing up with Frank revolve around his kind and thoughtful gestures. He leaves a large void in the lives of his loving family, friends and the Eudora community. RIP, Frank!
What sad news! Growing up in Eudora across the street from the Serios was a privilege, and we were blessed with Frank, his humor, his kindness. I have so many treasured memories of him and his wonderful family. So sorry he has left us.
