Rev. William L. Smith left a message on January 10, 2020:
It is my privilege to go weekly to St. Joseph Nursing Home and Assisted Living for a worship service of singing and Bible Study. I was privileged to get to know Frank as he attended our services while living here. He brought his Bible each week and followed along while I shared from God's Word. On many occasions he would stay after the others would leave and talk about the Bible or some of his life experiences. Having only known him a short I grew to love and appreciate him and his love for the Lord, family, and our country. You were blessed to have had him as a husband, father, and grandfather. I was blessed to have known him as well and look forward to seeing him again in heaven. We are praying for the presence of the Lord to give comfort to each of you.

Rachel, I’m so sorry to learn of the passing of your sweet dad. Heaven is a little sweeter today though!! Because of work, I doubt I will be able to attend the service, and for that I am sorry. If there’s anything I can do for you, please do not hesitate to let me know.
