Proverbs 20:7 "A righteous man walks in his integrity. His children are blessed after him." Bro. Todd has lived a beautiful life of faithfulness and integrity. His children and grandchildren are all faithful to church. His church family has been blessed by his life. I love the story about the dog he and Sister Ruth had who would not eat until someone prayed or at least said "Amen". He knew how to teach the little things that matter. I love this entire family. Kim, thanks for the "hand me down" clothes when I was a child. Terry, thanks for driving to Monroe to play the saxophone in my wedding. I love every member of your families. Terry & LeSann, Kim & Gary, Rana, Tevia, Sabre, and Haley, I pray that God gives you all strength and encouragement in the coming days and that you find comfort in knowing that you are loved and your Dad left us all with many memories to treasure. By living a life of faithfulness to God, his was a life of testimony known and read by many. Love you all!

Bro Todd, Oh how you made a difference in my life. Your prayers for me and my family, always asking how things were. Never once did I hear you ask for prayer for yourself but always telling me you were praying for me. Never will there be another as you! You've made it and Heaven is sweeter! Oh what a reunion there must be today in Heaven. I have more to go to Heaven for than I had yesterday... This song is so true! Love and Prayers to the family- what a whole he has left in all of us!

As I walked to catch my train into Manhattan this morning, I was in prayer for your family and meditating on your life. The scriptures regarding God being light was brought to mind. I begin to realize that you were His light to me. You were that light set on a hill in my life that illuminated His love, truth, and righteousness. Through you, I could see Jesus in love, mercy, kindness, hope, and faithfulness. Your influence has been extremely significant. You taught me that religion would not save me, for salvation only came through Jesus. Your light illustrated that truth is found in God’s word. Your light demonstrated the strength and power of God. Your light argued that hope could be found in Christ no matter what circumstances I was in. Your light exemplified the authority and power of prayer. Thank you for being one of God’s radiating lights that will always be a positive effect on my life. You were there in some of my most trying times and demonstrated God’s love, patience, forgiveness, longsuffering, and perseverance. We can shed tears today because you are gone, or we can smile because you lived, and your life was a beacon of light to us. We can see your closed eyes and desire that they reopen, or we can see what your life has done and how wonderfully you have impacted our life. Our heart can be empty because you are not here now, or we can be full of the love and light of God that you shared. We can turn our back on tomorrow because of our grief and live in the past, or we can be happy for tomorrow because your life was with us yesterday. We can remember only that you have gone, or we can cherish your memory, your love, and your light and let it live on in us every day. We can cry and close our hearts, mind and experience your void, or we can do what you did and let our light shine as yours to others. Let us arise and let your life continued to be inspirational to others as your life was to us. Thank you for allowing God to illuminate your life to show us His love, mercy, peace, hope, and greatness. Your light is still shining, shining through us to others. Thank you for being a man of God to us through your life. Thank you for being a friend. Thank you for being an inspiration. Thank you for being a mentor. Thank you for your Godly influence. My love, respect, and thankfulness for all that you were to me are given to you. I know that heaven is rejoicing and you were meet at the gates with "Well Glory!"

Going to miss Brother Todd, a true “Warrior of the Cross.” Loved visiting with him. Will always remember times together at practices and performances of King of Kings. Serious and determined to do things right when attending to God’s business. A real role model to many. One more to look for when we all get home...
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
