Granny holds a very special place in my heart. The many conversations and funny stories are memories I will never forget. I still miss hearing her sing a song before we would hang the phone up after talking. She loved her children and church family very much. She was a true example of Christ to me. I saw her in the nursing home a few years ago and remember how peaceful she looked. I just know she was in God's hand the entire time. Now she is in the presence of her King being told she was a good and faithful servant. Granny, thank you for the laughs, stories, prayers and memories. Can't wait to see you one day. My prayers are with the family during this time.

I met Mrs Dick around 2001 through the North East Louisiana Food Bank. Mrs Dick was one of over 100 Seniors in the Food Bank's, "Adopt A Senior" Lincoln Parish distribution. It was truly a Labor of Love hustling those boxes but some of those Seniors were as close as family. Mrs Dick really brightened our day with each visit. God Bless you and comfort the Family.

Mrs. Dick was such an instrumental part of my life as a student at Bethel Christian School. From allowing me to help her in the nursery to encouraging me in my walk with Jesus. She was truly a servant of Jesus. Praying for your comfort.
