My 'Pretty Lady' has transitioned home. I just got the news, and I am so sad that I did not get to see her one more time. She often said recently she was ready to go whenever the Lord called her home. My answer was always the same, 'well I'm not ready'!! Her wisdom, sense of humor and grace were some of the things we shared. I will miss her and our talks. I loved her very much. I hope God has a Kindle!! I am still a work in progress, she never finished converting me into a southerner. All my heart, your 'Southern Yankee', Carrie Miller, Odenton, Maryland

Estelle was a pearl of great price and a dear friend. I know you will miss her. But, oh. what a wonderful life she lived!! It was full of faith and joy most of the time. The world would be a better place if more were like her Love, Cherry and B.J. Whipple

Grandma used to tell me often that she prayed for me and my family the night before, and I would tell her "I know Grandma, because I could feel it". What a wonderful woman she was, and forever will be in my heart and soul. My sorrow is selfishness, and my wanting to keep her with me, but she did her job, she was the glue that held us all together, and she did it all with patience, kindness, and wisdom that I pray God will give me just a fraction of.I promised her right before she died that we would be o.k., we will take care of each other, and she had done a wonderful job, and she could let go. And though I grieve, I know the she and papaw, Uncle Ezra and Aunt Eveline, Mama and Papa Wilson, and the others that Grandma missed so much here, are with her now. And I will heed her words of wisdom so that I will one day see her there. Can you imagine the ruckus she and Ezra and the rest of her loved ones are kicking up in Glory? You will be missed, Grandma!! All my love..........Trudy
