Elizabeth Ann McGee Napper, 87, of Ruston, passed away March 9, 2017 in Farmerville, Louisiana.Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Harmony Chapel Church in Hico, LA. Rev. Dana Thrash will officiate. Burial will follow at Harmony Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.Elizabeth, or Red as she was known to family and friends, was born in Hico on March 7, 1930. She went on to become a nurse at the Green Clinic and worked for Dr. George Smith for 16 years. She enjoyed reading, movies, and spending time with her family. She was full of life, loved people, and they loved her in return.Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, Fairrow and Flora McGee, and her husband of 60 years, Harry L. Hap Napper.Elizabeth was loved by her daughter Lindy Napper, son Lewis Napper and his wife Kimberly; grandchildren Danny Foster, Brian Foster, Summer Brewer, and Shauna Godfrey; great grandchildren Virginia, Zoe, Millie, Benjamin, Carson, Juliet, and Piper; Sister-in-law Juanita Stewart, nephew Michael Stewart, nephew Gary Freeland and his wife Vicki, niece Wilma Maglott and her husband Bill,Elizabeth was beloved by her half-sister, Peggy McGee Ball and her step sister, Patricia Napper Miller and their families, brother-in-law, Eugene S. Ball and nephew, Emory S. Ball and his wife, Laura Weislo, all of Raleigh, NC and brother-in-law, Kenneth C.
