Graveside services for Elizabeth “Liz” Tharp, 87, will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, June 7, 2024, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun, under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes, West Monroe.  Liz was born March 8, 1937 and passed away on June 6, 2024 in Farmerville, Louisiana. She loved to shop, and you could always spot her in her favorite store.  Liz was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Tharp, Sr.; daughter, Leeann McAfee; and son, John L. Tharp, Jr.

Liz is survived by her son, Jimmy Sanford and daughter-in-law, Kathy; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and other cherished family and friends.
