My heart goes out to Russ's family and Carmen. Russ and I were school mates in Monticello. In other words, we grew up together. Although our paths went different ways, we have kept in touch for the last 40 years or so. Knowing Russ, he provided the light for you to become productive members of our society. He was so proud of you and what you have become. I encourage you to relish the memories and great times you had with your dad. Carmen, may Christ wrap his arms around you at this time.

Dr.Bulloch was a great man and a great doctor. He treated me from birth until I was about 20. I know he was peds but if I was sick I would ask mom to call Dr. Bulloch to see if he would see me and of course he would. He will be missed! Praying for the family! Molly Gregory Allen

You all are in my thoughts and prayers. I know however we've never met but Dr.Bulloch was both my children's pediatrician and we loved him dearly. My daughter is 43 and my son is 38 so it's been a minute since we were in his office. We live in Eudira, AR and we drive 1.5 hours to see him for many years because in my book he was the only doctor I trusted, ever. It was heart breaking when my kids got too old to see their pediatrician whom we thought so highly of. I was like a lost puppy had no idea what doctor to trust now, but again Dr Bulloch came through and gave good referrals. I'm sad tonight cause it's like a part of our family has passed. He was a great doctor but more than that I called him my friend. I will always remember the great man he was!🙏🤬
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Dr.Bulloch was a very kind and caring man. I’ve been around him several times at Bulloch’s Hunting Lodge in Collin’s, Arkansas. He always had great stories to tell and was a lot of fun to be around. Our condolences to the Family. Ed and Melissa Slater, Benton, Arkansas

Brian and family, So sorry to learn of your father's passing. He was my pediatrician, and unlike most kids who had to see their doctor, I actually enjoyed our visits. He could always make me laugh, no matter the ailment. I subsequently enjoyed many conversations with him when we'd bump into each other in public, as well as a few rounds of golf with him over the years. I wasn't aware of his sterling football career. He was obviously a man of many talents, but beyond all of those, a genuinely nice and fun guy.

How we all loved Dr. Bulloch! Growing up he was our pediatrician for myself and my two brothers and later he took care of our children. He was always so kind and knew how to calm down an anxious new parent. With our second son it took us a couple of days to settle on his name since he arrived a little early. I’ll always remember him teasing us and telling us to hurry and name that boy as he was tired of calling him “Baby Boy Cameron!” I always enjoyed running into him in the grocery store and getting a big hug and catching up with him. We are praying for all who loved him!

Dr. Bulloch was not only a wonderful pediatrician but a fine man as well. Between me and my four siblings many visits were made to his office over the years. His demeanor and kindness were always reassuring to us kids and our concerned mother as well. He had such a positive impact on our community and will be fondly remembered by his many former patients and their families.

Doctor Bullock was a wonderful pediatrician. He was always so calm and reassuring to panicked first time parents and provided great care for his patients. He was our son’s doctor until our son aged out of pediatric care (we were very sad to have to move him to another doctor). Our condolences to the Bullock family.

Dr. Bulloch was our family’s pediatrician for years. He was the kindest, most patient man and always made me laugh and smile. Even many years later when I would run into him, he always knew me and took time to visit and share some funny story from my childhood. I loved him dearly. Prayers for the Bulloch family during this difficult time.
