What a sudden tragedy and great loss to all who new Ron. He was a terrific person and always had a friendly smile for everyone. I have many fond memories of our days together at church and as our children grew up together. Charlie was Brian's best friend. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers. Ginny Rice

I am so sorry for the loss of your husband and father. I went to high school with Bart and took care of Dr. Thompson about a year ago when he had a minor procedure. He and Mrs Thompson both remembered me after many years. He spoke highly of all of his children and was so proud of each of you. After losing my father last year, I can understand how hard this is. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers for comfort and peace.

Dr. T was a wonderful man. He guided me through my college years and played a big role in the person I am today. You will always hold a special place in my heart, oh buddy oh pal.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Peggy, Bart, Rusty, Robin and Charlie. There was a time when I knew each of you and now in this time I offer you my deep condolences for the loss of your loved one and my friend. Ron and I worked together on major research projects and co-authored papers and reports. Most our work involved field studies of radioactive materials and we spent a lot of together. Ron was a delightful colleague and travelling companion - always positive and enthusiastic. I will miss him.
