Funeral services for Dorothy Andrews Meeks, age 89, Farmerville, LA will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Crossroads Baptist Church, in Farmerville, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Jeff Freeman. Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville.She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Meeks, Jr., parents, two sisters, one brother and a precious grandson.She is survived by her children: sons, Randy, Johnnie, Kevin (Dawn) all of Farmerville, daughters, June Brantley (Terry), Vickie Dodd (Lavell) all of Farmerville, and Charlotte Day (Roger) of Monroe; thirteen grandchildren, eleven great- grandchildren. Special friends, Gayle Bareswill, Marguerite Guice, Shirley White, and Joyce Kennedy.Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville.Pallbearers will be Wayne Bareswill, Jim Nevala, Paul Eubanks, Scott Smith, Bill Nevala, and Jimmy Brantley.Honorary Pallbearers will be Dickie Hodge, Nolan Eubanks, Dennis Kennedy, and Les Parker.Memorials may be made to the Cancer Foundation or Heart Association.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.comKilpatrick Funeral HomeFarmerville, LA.
