Funeral services for Dorothy Knight Tully Harrell, 93, will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, December 6, 2024, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.  Dr. Woods Watson will officiate.  Interment will follow at 3:30 P.M., at Pinewood Memorial Park in Crossett, Arkansas.  Visitation will be held prior to service at 12:00 Noon, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home.

Dorothy was born on December 19, 1930 in Milo, Arkansas and passed away on December 1, 2024 in West Monroe, Louisiana.  Dorothy was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, teacher, and close friend and always walked with Jesus in life and even in death.  Dorothy was a good and faithful servant of the Lord.  She touched so many lives as a Sunday school teacher.  She enjoyed her children as she molded them in God’s image and was so proud of them.  Dorothy loved her Saturday nights and no one could bother her for an hour while she watched Lawrence Welk take the stage; she watched him until her death.  She was also a big fan of the Gaithers and saw them when they came to West Monroe.  Dorothy played the saxophone in high school, so she always tapped her toe to the music.  She is preceded in death by her first husband, Doyl Tully; second husband, Floyd Harrell; and sons, Kerry Tully and Steve Tully.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Doyl Tully and wife Vonette of Rockwall, Texas; and daughter, Patricia Tully of West Monroe; grandchildren, Courtney Tully, Joel Tully, Shona Tully, Matt Tully, Benjamin Tully, Samuel Tully, Joseph Tully, Johnny Tully, and Luke Tully; along with other cherished family and friends.
