Please accept my condolences on the loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in the fond memories of your loved one. The Bible also offers words of comfort during times of bereavement. It is comforting to know the Bible speaks of a time when “death will be no more” at Rev 21:3, 4. During your time of bereavement you can find comfort from reading the Bible.

Mr. and Mrs Thurmon are very special people. My husband and I attended Louisiana Tech and that is where we met these wonderful people. They took the place of our parents while we attended school. If we ever needed anything they were always there to help. We enjoyed spending time at the cabin, fishing on the pond and studying under the trees. It was such a nice escape to walk in the woods and clear the brain. We will NEVER forget Mr. Thurmon. Even though we moved from Ruston, it was good just knowing he was there for us if we needed him. We already miss him so much! Rest in peace Mr. Thurmon and know you will never be forgotten. Your acts of generosity and kindness will be with us always. You were a very, very good man. Love always. Dear Linda and Steve and family, I wanted to let you know I am thinking of you at this most sad time. Your father was such a great man and from the time when I was little I always heard "Dewey". I know my parents loved yours and they had a long and strong friendship. We all went to the same church and share so many memories. Know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Stephana
