Devain was born February 1, 1941 in Sikes, La and passed away July 21, 2022 in Monroe. He was an upholsterer for Crawford’s Upholstery and loved to fish, camp and hunt and especially loved his family. He was preceded in death by his parents Jessie and Carrie Crain; siblings Sedric Crain and Jay Crain.
Devain is survived by his wife Sybile Roberson Crain; children Jennifer Wallace and Tammy Arnold; grandchildren Michael, Candance, John, Heather, Sara and Tanya; great-grandchildren Aydan, Mason, Axle, Michael, Breanna, Thomas, Samantha, Braden, Madison, Kaleb, Rhylee and Hadley; siblings Lindan Crain and wife Linda, Jerry Crain and wife Sue, Sammy Crain and wife Betty and Julian Crain and wife Debbie.
Serving as pallbearers will be Russell Pippins, Casey Peters, JC Roberson, Cody Williams, Aubrey Smith and Tristin Hays.
