A celebration gathering for Dennis Lee Dollar, 71, will be held from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M., Sunday, August 25, 2024, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe, Louisiana.

Dennis was born May 10, 1953, in Fort Worth, Texas and passed away on August 22, 2024, in West Monroe, Louisiana.  He was a retired hearing specialist in Northeast Louisiana for many years.  Dennis served proudly in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.  He was a life member of AmVets and a member of  the American Legion. Dennis was an avid billiard player, outdoorsman and skilled hunter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. and Louise Dollar.

Dennis is survived by his brothers, Douglas A. Dollar and wife Pam, and Dru Dollar and wife Cindy;  nieces and nephews,  Allison Dollar, Stu Dollar, Sam Dollar, Savannah Dollar Parker and husband Sam, and Alana Dollar-Wyatt and husband Colton; 1 great-niece and 1 great-nephew.

Memorials may be made to AmVets or the American Legion.
