Dear Todd, I was a customer of Jo Ann's from Etsy. She was my favourite Etsy seller and she said I was her best Etsy customer. We had an email friendship and I suspected something was wrong when I didn't get a reply to my last email and another follow up later as she is usually so lovely and prompt. I finally googled her up tonight and saw that she has passed away. I am truly sorry for your loss and I will really miss her emails - her last email to me on Boxing Day talked about cooking you and your son Christmas eve dinner and her strategy for her online selling this year.
