A celebration of life for Debra Beth Thomas will be held at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 31, 2022, in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes of West Monroe. Family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home.

Debra Beth Thomas was born in Manhattan, Kansas and passed away in West Monroe, LA.  Debra’s wishes were to be donated to science for the welfare of study of Parkinson’s.  Debra had an Associates Degree in Nursing, a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family counseling.

Debra is survived by her daughter, Samantha Rothschild; sons, Steven Rothschild and his wife, Kristina and Jonathon Thomas and his wife, Madeleine; grandchildren, Gabby Mejias and her husband, Zackary, Carlye Rothschild and Madilynn Jo Bedwell; brothers, John Thomas and his wife, Vickie and Chuck Thomas; niece Avery Thomas Miller; nephews, Patrick Thomas, Zackary Thomas and Zeke Thomas; great grandchildren, Gabe Mejias, Atticus Mejias and Benjamin Mejias.

She was preceded in death by her father, Nelson Thomas; step-father, Dana Bohnsack; mother, Gloria Thomas Bohnsack; aunt, Geraldine Hillendahl.
