Funeral services for David L. Sellers will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at his home church, Bethel Assembly of God Church in Monroe, LA. Rev. Otis Moore and Rev. Darren Pilcher will officiate. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home. Visitation for Mr. Sellers will be held from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Monday, February 3, 2020 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.

David was born on March 5, 1943 in Collins, MS and passed away on February 1, 2020 in West Monroe, LA. He was the owner of David Sellers Painting for over 50 years. David loved his family and shared the Lord with everyone. David was very active in his church, serving as a church board member, Deacon, Sunday School teacher, and Royal Ranger Commander. David was also active in Light for The Lost Ministry. An avid hunter and fisherman, David was also a faithful supporter of Foreign Missions as well as Med Camps. David is preceded in death by his father, Rev. W.T. Sellers; mother, Vera Sellers; grandson, Jacob Sellers; and brother, Charles Sellers.

David is survived by his wife, Norma Sellers; daughter, Dana O’Mary; son-in-law, David O’Mary; son, Jason Sellers and his wife Jennifer; daughter, Deanna Bower and her husband Chad; grandchildren, Sarah Sellers and her fiancé Thom Rogers, Lindsay Adams, Will O’Mary, Avery Bower, Aiden Bower, Josh Sellers, Sam Sellers, Anniston Bower, Emme Sellers, Harper Anderson, and Campbell Anderson; brother, Rev. Frank Sellers and his wife Dollie; sister, Carolyn Pilcher and her husband Rev. Darrell Pilcher; brother Don Sellers and his wife Ophelia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Billy Sellers, Donny Sellers, Joey Sellers, Chad Mitchell, Kevin Mitchell and Todd Mitchell. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of The Tanner Hunting Club.
