Funeral services for David Garrett, 59, will be at 2:00 P.M., Friday, September 6, 2024, at Beulah Community Church in Calhoun, Louisiana.  Rev. Jon Tellifero will officiate.  Interment will follow at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens, in West Monroe, Louisiana, under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes, West Monroe.  Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. till time of service, Friday, September 6, 2024, at Beulah Community Church.

David Garrett was born on March 5, 1965 in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away on September 3, 2024 in Ruston, Louisiana.  David was a truck driver throughout his adult life.  He was an avid outdoorsman that loved to hunt and fish, ride motorcycles, purchase new tools and technology gadgets and more importantly spend time with friends and family.  David was preceded in death by his father, Troy Garrett and his sister, Debbie Loggin.

David is survived by his daughter, Tanya Elaine Garrett; mother, Patsy Garrett; brother, Doug Garrett; nieces and nephews, April Campbell, Jason Garrett and his wife Tina, Ryan Garrett and Megan Garrett; special cousins, Elaine Jabbia and Bonnie Daughtery; along with other cherished family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Kendall, Kendon Pesnell, William Edwards, Dennis Cruse, Joe Carter, Spencer Jabbia, Chris Payzant and Robert Barham.
