Funeral services for Daurline Tanner, 90, of West Monroe, La will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 9, 2021 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe with Dickey Green son-in-law offering the Eulogy. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Thursday from 9:00 AM until service time Thursday prior to services.

Daurline was born May 23, 1931 in Downsville, LA to Palmer Houston Frost and Alpha Omega Frost. She went home to the Lord on September 3, 2021 at Landmark Nursing Home. Daurline met Ray Tanner when he returned from World War II and were married in 1946. They were married for 57 years. Daurline entered beautician school and earned a cosmetology degree. She then opened Daurline Beauty Shop in West Monroe and ran a successful business for over 34 years. She is preceded in death by her husband Ray Tanner.

She is survived by daughter, Dianne Green and son-in-law Dickey Green of Montgomery, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Theresa Frost, Lane Frost, Frankie Tanner, Dustin Underwood, Justin Underwood and Joseph Frost.

In lieu of flowers Daurline would request all flowers donations go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
