Graveside services for Danny Wayne Jordan, age 41, will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Simsboro City Cemetery, Simsboro Louisiana, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Rev. Jeff Hoffman, officiating.   Visitation will be prior to the service Sunday, from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm at Kilpatrick Funeral Chapel.

Danny was born August 13, 1983, in Bossier City. He passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in Arcadia.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marie Sasser, and grandfathers, Bobby Daugherty and Milton Odom; brother, John T. Jordan, uncle, John A. Jordan and aunts Gail King and Kay Blanchard.

Survivors include his mother, Terrie Ann Jordan; father, Ricky Jordan; grandmother, Faye Odom; uncles, Russell Daugherty (Sharon) of Livingston, Texas, and Joel Jordan (Lisa) of San Marcus, Texas; niece, Katie Jordan; nephew, Alex Jordan, and a host of family and friends.

Danny attended Simsboro school and later Mt. Olive School where he loved to participate in all sports.  He especially loved football, they say he had the “ fastest feet around”.

Danny always loved to “tinker and try to fix all kinds of things, clocks, toys, radios”.   He eventually became a mechanic, fixing big boy’s toys.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, in Arcadia
