Danny was known to all as a passionate and devoted Christian, and a strong believer in the King James Bible. He was also a shining example of a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. While there are so many people that were special to Mr. Danny Ray, he was especially proud of his “Danny's Boys”: Danny Acree, Lynell Autonberry, Jeff Greer, Jaime and Jessie Hudnall – he really enjoyed watching them grow into fine Christian men. Danny was also very proud of the significant accomplishments of both his daughters and all of his grandchildren. Pallbearers are Brent Blocker, Shawn Blocker, Terrance Broussard, Adam Douglass, Andy Douglass and Frankie Grimes. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cheniere Baptist Church Building Fund.
