Mr. Lloyd Bacon, First of all, let me tell you how sorry I was to hear about your Motherís recent passing. She was the sweetest woman that I have ever known. She was also a very beautiful woman She looked like a doll. I must tell you how I came to know both your Mother and Dad. We met during one of the Senior Dances quite a few years ago. They both were dressed with matching shirts, pants, and boots. There was not a dance where your parents sat down. That first meeting was the beginning of a friendship that lasted many years. We lost touch with your Mother after your Dad died, because we became too busy to visit or go dancing...until I spotted her across the room at the War Veterans Home Tuesday Night Dance a few years ago. I walked over to her and called her by name. That face of hers just lit up like a light. I even took some pictures of her that I will share with you later. She had told me that she was there to visit with her brother who was a resident of the War Veterans Home at that time. Your Mother tried to come as often as her health would allow. On two occasions she brought your sister, Doris, out at the War Veterans Home to meet me and to listen to the good music and so she could dance. I wish that I had kept the newspaper article about your parents and their dancing. That is how I will remember them...in matching shirts, pants, and boots...up on the dance floor and having a good time! With Deepest Sympathy, Carol & John Copes

Dear Lloyd, You wrote a wonderful tribute to your Mother in the paper today. I know you will miss her. You and I have been so lucky to have had our Mother's for so long. My Mother was 96 in April and still lives at home and still drives. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayer. My deepest sympathy dear friend. With love, Bonnie Albritton Hance
