Graveside services for Connie Johnson, 62, of West Monroe, will be held at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Bernice. Services are under the direction and care of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.

Connie was born on July 8, 1961 in West Monroe and passed away on July 5, 2024 in West Monroe. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Connie was a loving caregiver for those in need. She was such a people person. Connie loved being around others and was always full of joy and laughter. She had a servant’s heart. Connie always found joy and pleasure in doing for others and never expected anything in return. She will truly be missed and never forgotten. Connie was preceded in death by her daughters, Emily-Ann Elizabeth Phillips, Alice Jane Johnson;  parents, Joe B. Smith and Betty Ann Butler Smith; brothers, Daniel Butler Smith, and J. R. Paul Smith.

Connie is survived by her brothers, David Smith, Sam Smith; sisters, Martha Lackman and husband Cliff, Laura Olvey and husband Scott; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family and friends.
