Connie Hart Long, 61, of West Monroe, Louisiana, passed away on April 22, 2014. Connie was born on April 23, 1952. Connie is survived by her sister, Darlene McDonald and husband Mike; two brothers, Freddie Tucker and wife Marky, Tim Tucker; two sons, Cheyenne Hart and wife Destiny, Shane Hart and wife Charity; six grandchildren, David, Dylan, Connor, Will, Chelsea, and Stormy; many nieces, nephews, family and friends.Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM on April 24, 2014, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA. Burial will follow the funeral at Riverview Cemetery in Monroe, Louisiana.Pallbearers will be Joshua McDonald, Christopher Skains, Eddie Goobie Costin, Marc Hudgins, David Hart, Dylan Anzalone, and Connor Hart.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to assist with offsetting funeral costs may be sent to Kilpatrick Funeral Home, 1321 N 7th St, West Monroe, LA 71291.The family of Connie Hart Long wishes to thank Landmark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for taking such wonderful care of our loved one.
