Funeral services for Coach Larry Stegall will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, October 30, 2016 at First United Methodist Church of Farmerville. Officiating will be Reverend Hank Hamilton. Coach Stegall was a great man. He loved coaching all his players and watching them become good role models more than good players. He was a wonderful coaching friend that I met as I began my coaching career and always had a smile on his face. May God bless his family as they have lost a fine man and loving Dad.

I was blessed to be able to work with Coach Stegall at Downsville. There was no better coach, teacher, co-worker, friend, Christian than Coach Stegall. My heart hurts every time I think of him, but I know he has now reached the ultimate goal, eternal life in heaven. Thank you, Coach Stegall, for all you did for me and I will cherish your memory.
