Funeral services for Mr. Clifford Hans Titcomb will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 26, 2012 at Rocky Branch Assembly of God. Officiating will be Rev. Eugene Brown and Rev. James Mooney. Interment will follow at Rocky Branch cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes of West Monroe. Clifford Hans “Cliff” Titcomb went to his eternal reward on March 23, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Cliff was born on August 7, 1929 in Bonita, UT. He graduated from Altamont High School. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. After serving in the United States Army, he was employed by Angus-Koch Chemical Plant in Sterlington until his retirement. Cliff was an avid hunter and horseman. He enjoyed training horses to ride. His greatest joy was caring for his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cliff loved to serve others with good deeds of kindness. His neighbors and friends would find their newspapers at their door or their lawns mowed. He enjoyed blessing older people, widows and his church, Rocky Branch Assembly of God. Cliff was well known for his “Bear Hugs”. He loved to hug everyone. Cliff treated everyone with love and kindness. His family and friends were blessed with many stories and his favorite clichés. Cliff is survived by his beloved wife, Jimmie Sutton Titcomb of Farmerville, LA; brother, John Titcomb and his wife, Shirley of Heber City, UT; brother –in-law, Doyle Swallow of Kanab, UT; daughters, Gail Donald and her husband, Francis of Broken Arrow, OK and Sherrie Carr and her husband, Dennen of Farmerville, LA; grandchildren, Matt Averette, Natalie Albritton and her husband, Brian, Julianne Medina, Ryan Carr and his wife, Crystal, Nicholas Donald and his wife, Terri; great grandchildren, Sarah Averette, Adrien Medina, C.J. Pipes, Marti Pipes, Miguel Medina, Jadanne Carr, Damian Carr, Melodee Carr, Jase Donald and many loved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reuben Titcomb and Laveda Titcomb Bond of Heber City, UT; brothers, Neal Titcomb, Vern Titcomb; sisters, Leona Swallow, Ruby Snedeger; mother-in-law, Vivian “Mama Rock” Sutton and father-in-law, Rock Sutton. We will forever be indebted to our family and friends who made it possible to care for Cliff at home. We will never forget your faithfulness to our family.
