Funeral services for Clayton Malcolm Dickerson, Jr. will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, with Gary Sapp, Jason Beard and Christopher Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM, Monday, June 7, 2021 at the funeral home.

Malcolm was born on September 12, 1947, and passed away on June 3, 2021. Malcolm proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He retired from GulfSouth Pipeline at which time he was able to fully focus on his true passion which was introducing people to Jesus.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Mildred Dickerson.

Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Debbie Gates Dickerson; daughters, Stacie Dickerson Watts and husband Joe, and Kristy Michelle Smith and fiancé James Snell; mother-in-law, Mary Jo Gates; grandchildren, Clay, Caleb and Carson Watts, Justin Stripling and wife Cassie, and Kassie Miller and husband Gary; great-grandchildren, Hollan, Thorne and Khloee Stripling, and Adelynn Kate Miller; and brother, Kenneth Dickerson and wife Ellie.

Pallbearers are Clay, Caleb and Carson Watts, Justin Stripling, Judah Beard and Kelley Gates.
