Charles Wayne Dupree Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA Funeral services for Charles Wayne Dupree, 67, of Calhoun, LA will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at Calhoun First Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Neil Everett, and Rev. William A. "Dub" Massey. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Calhoun under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Mr. Dupree was born October 31, 1939 in Lufkin, TX and passed away January 20, 2007, in Calhoun, LA. Mr. Dupree was a retired surveyor for Denman Engineering, and a member of Calhoun First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother and father Emma and Ollie Dupree, and siblings Glenda Dupree Smith, Buster Dupree and Jimmy Dupree. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Dupree of Calhoun, daughters Brenda Turner and husband Jim of Monroe, Becky Hodge and husband Bruce of Deridder, LA, and Julie Malatia and husband Bobby of Garland TX, son Ed Farr and wife Lynn of Adona AR., sisters Carolyn Butler and husband Ben of Vicksburg, MS, Billie Brister of Prairieville, LA, a special nephew Kenny Warner, 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Pallbearers will be Ed Farr, Brian Simmons, Logan Farr, John Turner, Jonathan Wilder, and Jason Wilder. Honorary pallbearers will be men of Calhoun First Baptist Church Sunday School Class. Family would like to especially thank Amedisys Home Health Care and Southern Care Hospice. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10:00AM until 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church in Calhoun, La.
