While working for Richard I had the pleasure of getting to know Chuck. We both are cat lovers. He would always tell me about some new stray cat he had taken in. Sometimes we talked LSU football. He had such a kind heart. He will be missed!!!!

For several years (almost 20 years ago), while working at Richard's law firm, Chuck and I were the only smokers in the building. I enjoyed our visits during our outside smoke breaks. They were always a bright spot in my day. He was such a mild-mannered, gentle man who always spoke kindly to and about everyone. One story that stands out was when he told me about hand-feeding the squirrels at his house. God's creatures noticed his gentle kindness. My condolences to his family for their loss.
