He is preceded in death by his wife Beth Stewart; parents, Albert Leon Stewart and Dorothy Arlene Rush Stewart; and brothers, Curtis Stewart and Ivan Stewart.
Charles is survived by his daughter, Leona Vining of Ruston, LA; sons, Shannon Stewart of Choudrant, Cameron Stewart of Dubach, and Lee Stewart of LeLand, NC; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Paula Cupp of Pea Ridge, LA and Laura Barmore of Ruston; brother, Terry Stewart of Ruston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
