Charlie Barley will officiate.Joe was born March 23, 1936 in Monroe, LA and passed away March 10, 2019 in Monroe. He was retired Iron Worker Local Union #623 and served in the United States Army. Joe was preceded in death by by his parents, Barney Roberts and Katie Mae Grillette; brothers, Earl Roberts, William Roberts and Barney Roberts; sisters, Helen Hines, Jean Inzina and Ruby Purdy.Joe is survived by nieces, Sue Hines Peoples and Tammy Danna Nichols; numerous great nieces and nephews, numerous great-great nieces and nephews.
