Funeral services for Charlene Rogers, 89 of West Monroe, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, August 9, 2021 at New Life Revival Center, 605 Martin Street, West Monroe, Louisiana 71292 under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home ~ West Monroe. Brother Anthony Stewart will officiate. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M., Monday, August 9, 2021, before the service at New Life Revival Center.

Charlene was born on September 3, 1931 in Braxton, Mississippi and passed away on August 6, 2021 in West Monroe, Louisiana. She was retired from Riser Middle School and was a member of New Life Revival Center. Charlene was preceded in death by her husband, Albert “Skeeter” Rogers; parents, Benton and Ida Stansell; brothers, Jim Stansell and Buddy Stansell; sister, Nina Blazier; daughter-in-law, Judy Rogers.

Charlene is survived by her children, Tommy Rogers and wife Bonnie, Henry Rogers, Kathy Jones and husband Robert, David Rogers and wife Karen, James Ray Rogers and wife Cheryl, Tracy Rogers; sister, Minnie Brubaker and husband Barry; nineteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other cherished family and friends.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
