Funeral services for Chance Perkins will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, with Rev. Neil Everett and Richard Richardson officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM 7:00 PM on Monday, December 9, 2019 at the funeral home.Chance was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Gayle Perkins. He was employed as a truck driver for J.D. Frost Trucking and was formerly employed by the Ruston Fire Department and AMR. Chance is survived by his mother, Betty Quarles; daughter, Taylar Massey and husband Louis; three sons, Anthony Spence, Josie Matthew Perkins, and Levi Perkins; daughter, Grace Perkins; grandson, River Massey; brother, Scott Perkins and wife Dawn, half- brother, Briton Perkins; 3 step-brothers, Jay, Stacey, and Michael Quarles; step-sister, Carolee Quarles; special friend, Mark Hassen; nephews, Spencer, Trenton , and Devin Perkins; nieces Hayley and Britany Perkins.Pallbearers will be cousins, Danny Purdy, Donald Purdy, Ryan Sanford, Jerid Sanford, Paul Howard and Joey Howard.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com
