My prayers are with my sweet Aunt Credale (Dale) Hart Bailey. She loved Carroll and loves her children & grandchildren so much. I spent much time with them when I was a child. Uncle Carroll loved reading and their family business, Bailey Jewelers. He was always so kind.

I'm saddened to hear of Carroll's passing, but I know he is with our Lord and Savior now. Carroll was one of the "men of the church" at The Ruston Church of God that left a positive impression on my life. I still think from time to time, what would Carroll do in this situation? He was a fine Christian gentleman and I will miss him. Brian Griswold

The Baileys have been close family friends even before they got married. I was one of their few wedding guests who was privileged to witness their exchange of vows in our pastor's study, and was excited for each child they had. Their children grew up with my children, and we have been frequent visitors at their house. Carroll was a soft-spoken, godly man who loved his family and his God. He is greatly missed, but I believe he is rejoicing in heaven now! My condolences to all the family and to his friends as well!

Carroll Bailey was a very kind friend to my family growing up. One time he gave me a birthstone ring which I cherish. I am so glad he was a part of my life. Prayers to all the family.
