Griffin and granddaughter Elizabeth Mae Teal.Mrs. Griffin is survived by her children: Stacey Stricklin of Eros, LA; Stephen Teal of Austin, TX; Susan Beavers of Calhoun, LA and Russell Teal of Claremore, OK; grandchildren: Shannon Griffin , Christine Griffin , Isaac Teal, Jessa Teal, Joel Teal, Ashley Beavers, Slayter Teal, Abigail Teal and Jonah Teal; great grandchild: Jude Marcus Smith and sister: Bessie Johnson.Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM Friday, January 15, 2016 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com

We are leaning on God for you, family of our classmate Carolyn from school days in Springhill. I just let her Class of 1955 friends who have email know of Carolyn's passing and sent them the obituary. We all liked that pretty and smart mother/grandmother of yours! Somehow we lost contact with her in the latter years, and that saddened us at our reunion-times.
