Carl Kirkland

Mr. Carl Kirkland, 88, of Marion, LA., passed away on April 3, 2020 in Farmerville, LA. Graveside services will be held at Concord Cemetery with Bro. Bubba Hoggatt officiating  under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville, LA.

Carl was born on November 22, 1931 in Liberty, MS. and retired from Century Telephone Company. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Marion and loved all his children, grandkids and great-grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Kirkland, parents, Benton L. Kirkland and Nettie Alta Van Norman Kirkland, siblings, B.L. Kirkland, Carrie Martin, and Paul Kirkland.

He is survived by his daughter, Debra Andrews(Tommy); son, Jeffrey Kirkland (Jennette); grandchildren, Lyndi Johnston (Jeremy), Bradley Andrews (Erica), Jeremy Brantley (Hope), Jennifer Scarbrough (Bill), 6 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great- grandchildren; brothers, Perry Kirkland, John Kirkland, Alta Roberts, and Mike Kirkland, Derald Kirkland (MaryJo), and Gerald Kirkland (Annetta).
