Carl Joseph Duprey passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2012 surrounded by his wife, Anne, of 49 years and their 4 children, Sherry, Joe, Ricky, and Danny. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe with Rev. Charles Dupree officiating. Interment will follow at Harris Cemetery in Crowville, LA. Mr. Duprey was born on April 8, 1928 in Alexandria, LA. He was the Superintendent of Holsum Bakery for over 44 years. He had a general love for the outdoors and was an avid sportsman all of his life. He was considered a best friend by all that knew him and spoken of as a “Mans-Man.” He will truly be missed by his family and friends that he meant the world to. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe, LA.

Hey Papaw!! I will miss you. You are always in our hearts and memories. As well as our prayers. We know you're dancing with the angels..for the first time in years. I'm so glad your not in pain anymore. We love you!!
