Kevin McGee left a message on July 12, 2022:
Dear East Family, I am very sorry to hear about the passing Brain East. We went Ouachita Junior High School on Nutland RD & Ouachita High School on Kansas Lane in Monroe, Louisiana. I am a former classmate of Brain's my name is Kevin McGee. He was a person that really knew how to make friends. And he was a really good friend to me while we were in school together. The one thing that I do remember my Mother brought me home from Dallas, Texas, where I was living @ time. She brought me to her house in West Monroe, Louisiana, to recover from a car accident that I was in with a co-worker. While I was recovering from the car accident got together went to see a movie @ Pecanland Mall & that has been 24 years ago when I has saw & he was in really good health then. May your families rely on God's strength & comfort that HE can give during difficult. The one that you can count that he is with his HEAVENLY FATHER ARMS & he does not have suffer anymore, because being in Heaven there is no more pain, sorrow, & suffering in Heaven & now he is made whole & His Heavenly Father has given him a new body. PS: Remember this Ecclesiastes 3 New International Version A Time for Everything 3 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: 2 a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, 3 a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, 4 a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, 5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, 6 a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, 7 a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, 8 a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. Sincerely Yours, His Former Classmate, Kevin McGee
