Bruce Wayne Bulloch, age 70, of West Monroe, Louisiana passed away late Tuesday afternoon, June 3, 2025 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. He was surrounded by many of his loving family members. Bruce was born to Reverend Frank and Lanelle Bulloch on October 22, 1954 in Bogalusa, Louisiana. His life was marked by unwavering faith, energetic service, and deep commitment.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Reverend Frank and Lanelle Bulloch. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Bulloch, who stood faithfully by his side in sickness and in health. With grace and resolve, Donna cared for Bruce with a love that remains.
Bruce is also survived by his children, Cherie Parker (Rodney) and Leslie Legg (Tommy); five grandchildren, Austin Parker, Teagan Parker, Taryn Parker, Brandon Legg, and Addysen Legg. His siblings, Theresa Paddock, Sandra Ainsworth, Carmel Grantham and Silas Jenkins remain a part of his loving family, along with many nieces and nephews.
Bruce worked faithfully for 40+ years at what is now Community Financial Insurance Center in Monroe, where he was admired for his hard work, integrity, and trustworthiness. His greatest impact was made in his ministry to others — whether in Sunday school, bible studies, hospital rooms, prison cells, or nursing homes. He loved sharing the good news through teaching the Word of God.
He also carried a deep burden for those behind prison walls; regularly ministering to the incarcerated in prisons around the state of Louisiana reminding them that God’s grace saves to the uttermost.
His legacy endures in the faith of his children, grandchildren, and in the lives he touched. He was a living example of not only what it means to believe, but how to live; serving, committed, faithful, and full of love.
Bruce served faithfully as a Task Force Committee member at The Pentecostals of the Twin Cities for many years, where his vision, stewardship and knowledge led to making a difference in this community.
To those who knew him, whether briefly or for decades, Bruce was a true Christian. His dedication was constant, his love unconditional, and his life an open invitation to know the God he served.
The family would like to acknowledge the exceptional care given by the staff at Glenwood Regional Medical Center and the West Monroe Guest House.
