A funeral service celebrating the life of Bobby Lively will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Ouachita Baptist Church. Officiating will be Dr. Mike Holloway and assisting Brother Waylon McCormick. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Bobby Lively was born May 9, 1963, in Monroe, LA and passed away on January 30, 2021, in West Monroe, LA. He became a member of the Ouachita Baptist Church a few years back and dedicated his life fully to Christ. Bobby retired from Martin Transport where he drove cross country trucking.
Bobby loved fishing and camping in his earlier days with his wife and kids. As they grew older, Bobby loved to ride cross country with his wife on motorcycles.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; Leonard and Francis Lively; and a brother, Kenneth Lively; father-in-law, Thomas Wilhite.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Susan Lively; two children, Kasi Lively and Kody Lively and his wife, April; brothers, Eugene Lively and his wife, Doris and Henry Lively; grandchildren, Kinlee, Kylee, Dallas and Daisy Lively; mother-in-law, Inez Anding; brothers-in-law, Billy Wilhite and his wife, Debi and Johnny Wilhite and his wife, Denise; sister-in-law, Belinda Crymes and her husband, John Alan; and many nieces, nephews; and many beloved family members and friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held at Ouachita Baptist Church from 4:30 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Monday, February 1, 2021.
Pallbearers will be John Alan Crymes, Billy Wilhite, Johnny Wilhite, Christopher Perrillo, Dr. John “Jay” Howell Jr., and Donnie McCarty.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Eddie Halbrook, Mark Fuller Jr. and Danny Stuckey.
