I am sorry to hear o Mr. Billy's death. My late father was a Educator for 39 years in Alabama and I remember them talking about school and the work they did. As a young man, when I lived for 3 & 1/2 years in Greenville, MS (before I married Betty-Mari and moved to Tennessee), I traveled to many singings in Louisiana and Arkansas and always saw and heard them all sing as a quartet. I have a lot of blessed memories from those years. God bless you all as you go thru this time of grief. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can not cure.

My heartfelt condolences to the Henderson family and friends. So sorry for your loss but heaven has gained an angel. I met Mr Henderson while attending Bernice High. Never forget how he always called me SMILEY ☺. RIP Mr Henderson 🙏

My thoughts and prayers go out to Mrs. Henderson, Nancy, Suzy, and Kenny during this time. I was lucky enough to have Coach Henderson as my high school coach for two years. I didn't realize it then, but the lessons I learned from Coach Henderson not only helped me to be a better ball player, but were lessons that have helped me throughout my life. I've thought of him often over the years. Glen Mitchell

Sorry to hear of the passing of my friend Billy, will miss him. I have great memories quail hunting with him, buying bird dog puppies from him, eating fish and quail with him and Doris at their house. He was a great Christian man, he enjoyed life to the fullest. Know you will miss him Ms Doris, love you and your family.

Mr Billy was always ready with a smile and a hug and asking about my family. I loved getting to know him and his sweetheart in the singing convention setting. He loved big and everyone around him felt that warm glow. My heart felt condolences for the family!
