Billy is survived by his step-daughter, Phyllis Green; step-son, Al Sanders and his wife, Janice; grandchildren, Dack Lowery, and his wife, Kasie, Don Green and his wife, Cammy and Emily Green; great granddaughter, Ava Lowery; and sister, Martha Cummings and brother, Benton McCormick.
Private family graveside services will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes of West Monroe.
