Mr. Billy Joe Bick Roan was born September 23, 1931 in Union Parish, LA and passed away March 6, 2018 in West Monroe. He served in the United States Army and was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Billy was owner and operator of Roan Heating and Air. Billy was preceded in death by his parents; George and Zephra Roan; siblings, George Davis Roan, Betty Martin, Faye Poole, Patsy Martin, Jim Roan; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Smith.He is survived by his children; Lisette Roan, Marta Saterfiel and husband Gary, Tim Roan, and Jennifer Smith and husband Robert; 10 grandchildren; Matt Saterfiel and wife Katrina, Kish Carlton and wife Ashley, Drew Saterfiel and wife Lindsey, Coree S. Laabs and husband Andrew, Michael Allen, Joshua Allen and wife Megan, Zachary Roan and wife Kelly, Lacy R. Niblett and husband Jason, Jana Smith and Emily Smith; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings; Raymond Roan, John Roan, Diane Yoes and Katie Woodall.Memorials may be made to Mt.
