Billie Lee Skains Smith was born June 24, 1943 in Holmesville, LA and passed away on September 1, 2021 in Farmerville. Billie was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Evelyn Kennedy; father, Agee Kennedy; and brother, Glenn Kennedy. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Smith; daughter, Misty Harper and her husband Chris; son, Steve Smith and his wife Tara; grandchildren, Jesse Harper, Jamie Harper, Dusty Harper, and Matthew Smith; step-grandchildren, Avori Smith, Gavin Smith, and Brileigh Smith.
