Funeral services for Betty Glover Hough, 75 of West Monroe, will be held Sunday, September 30, 2012 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Officiating will be Rev. Randy Burdeaux. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Betty was born May 21, 1937 in El Dorado, AR and passed away September 28, 2012 in West Monroe, LA. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family and home were the center of her life. Mrs. Hough adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; “Mamaw” will be loved and missed, but never forgotten. Her many talents included creating porcelain dolls and their clothes, sewing, and embroidery. She was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Betty is preceded in death by her mother, Lois Glover; her father, Charles E. Glover; and her brother, Charles Glover. Betty is survived by a loving, devoted husband of 55 years, C.L. Hough, Jr.; a son, Kevin Hough and wife Donna of West Monroe; two daughters, Michelle Gathright and husband Kevin, and Kyle Hough of Woodbridge, VA; six grandchildren, Jason Henry and spouse Lindsey, Diana Lindsay and spouse Daniel, Kris Camargo, Summer Hyatt and husband Pat, Sarah Camargo and husband Josh, and Rachael Camargo; 11 great-grandchildren, Michael Henry, Jenna Dickey, Jayde Dickey, Peyton Hyatt, Stacey Hyatt, Stacey Hyatt, Kodi Zirkle, Riley Camargo, Eva Waltman, and the brown siblings, Kimberly, Allison, and Josh, Jr.; sisters, Joan Boutwell of West Monroe and Evie Martin and husband Charles, also of West Monroe; a brother, Aubrey Glover and wife Christine; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Louis Van Duboise, Mitchell Tackett, Ricky Tackett, Gary Carver, John Trisler, and Daniel Lindsay. Visitation will be held at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 30, 2012. The Family would like to thank Dr. Hubbard and Dr. Weinberger for their care of Mrs. Hough.
