Visitation will be held Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Barbara was born April 10, 1936 in Eros, LA and passed away January 7, 2019 in West Monroe. She worked for over 50 years as a beautician. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, G.W. and Oleida Harper; husband, Julius C. Duncan; sisters, Margie Wilhite Jones and Elizabeth Stowell; brother, James Harper.Barbara is survived by her daughter, Jodi Ann Carter and James Crow; granddaughters, Brandi Nicole Wheelis and Jayci Lyn Crow; sister, Helen Louise Bishop; nieces, April Dawn Engle, Marti Von Farrar , Teresa Lynn McCaskill and Kathy Hill; great-niece Raegan Amelie Engle, nephew David Bishop, Jamie Wall and Brian Rhodes and many other nieces, nephews and friends and long time special friend, Leona Ham.Pallbearers will be Caleb Farrar, Kyler Farrar, Alton Wilhite, Curtis Wilhite, David Bishop and Randy Wheelis.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.comKilpatrick Funeral HomeWest Monroe
