Barbara Ann Blazier, 73, of West Monroe, passed away on May 24, 2024 in West Monroe. She was born on March 22, 1951 in Monroe, Louisiana to Melvin Foster Horn and Helen Louise Osbon Horn.
Barbara retired as a Supervisor from Rite Aid Inc. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Louise Horn; sister, Jeannie T. Horn. Memorials may be made in Barbara’s memory to the Humane Society of Ouachita Parish, 417 Well Road, West Monroe, LA 71291.
Barbara is survived by two children, Angela M. Fox and husband David, Tiffany L. Harris; grandson, Ty Walker; sisters, Peaches H. McKnight and husband Dale, Maureen E. Horn, Laureen A. Horn; many nieces, nephews and other cherished family and friends.
