Arthur was born July 20, 1951 in Mangham, LA and passed away November 14, 2022 in Shreveport, LA. He was a farmer all his life, loved to hunt but especially loved his children and grandchildren. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, Emmitt Wilson and Gladys Wilson; his son Jamie Wayne Wilson.
He is survived by his daughters Candace Wilson Calhoun (Justin) and Barbara Wilson Hearne (Chris); grandchildren Megan, John Henry and Charlie Calhoun and Kaylee and Matthew Hearne; siblings Peck Wilson, Russell Wilson, Daniel Wilson, Donald Wilson, Patsy Lee, Charlotte Smith, Joann Welch, Laverne Bennett and Lynn Wilson.
