Amanda Towns, 40 of Sterlington, was a loving mother that enjoyed spending time with her family, baking and arts and crafts. She was born on June 17, 1980 in Jonesboro, Louisiana and passed away on June 11, 2021 in Monroe, Louisiana. Amanda was preceded in death by her father, Roy McPherson; brother, Stephen McPherson.
Amanda is survived by her children, Cooper Towns and wife Madison, and Camryn “Cami” Towns; one grandchild, Lillian Towns and one grandchild she was eagerly awaiting the arrival of; mother, Loretta McPherson; brother, Gary McPherson and wife Linda; sister, Amy Davis and husband David; several nieces, nephews and many other cherished family and friends.
