Officiating will be Dewayne Ramsey. Interment will be at Beulah Cemetery. Mr. Wade was born on January 19, 1952 and passed away on November 18 , 2013. Mr. Wade was a member of the Army National Guard. He is preceded in death by his father William Garland Wade. He is survived by his daughter , Samantha Blaylock and husband Brad of Farmerville, son Logan P. Wade of Farmerville, grandchild Emma Claire Blaylock. Mother Annette Patterson Wade of Farmerville, brothers and sisters, Mary Amma Colvin and husband William of Bernice, John Roger Wade of Arcadia, Gary Wade and wife Linda of Arcadia, Michael Wade and wife Lois of Farmerville, Alice Cook and husband Harry of Bernice, Barbara Keene and husband Mike of Arizona. Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Memorials may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
